SECTION 01

About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MRD APP WORLD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Video Downloader & Player (the “App”), our support communications, and this policy page. The App provides browsing, supported video downloads, file management, and offline playback on Android.

Our company is based in India. For questions or requests about information we handle, contact rajdubeyetw@icloud.com. Reading this policy or using the App does not, by itself, give consent to optional advertising or other processing that requires a separate choice.

SECTION 02

Information we handle

The following categories describe the data used for the features and services covered by this policy. Local access on your device is different from information sent over a network.

Data categories, purposes, and recipients
CategoryExamples and purposeWhere it is handled
Media and download recordsSaved videos, file names, source links, thumbnails, format, size, and download status, used to save, find, and play files. On your device. The source website receives the requests needed to access a video.

Advertising and diagnosticsIP address, device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions, and performance information used for ads, measurement, and abuse prevention.Google AdMob and the Google services described in the advertising section.
Support messagesYour email address, message, and any screenshots, files, or device details you choose to send to us.Our support mailbox and email service provider, to answer and resolve your request.
Policy-page accessIP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, used to deliver and protect this website. The website host and any configured content delivery or security service.

Do not send passwords, authentication cookies, payment details, or private videos in a support request unless there is a specific, necessary reason to provide an appropriately redacted item.

SECTION 03

Downloads, local files, and accounts

The App saves completed downloads and its download records on your device. It does not provide a publisher-operated account, cloud media library, or remote media-processing service. We do not receive a copy of your downloaded videos merely because you save or play them.

When you open a link or download a file, the App contacts the source website and any resources it requires. Those services receive network information such as your IP address, the requested address, and applicable request headers or website cookies. Local storage does not make browsing or downloading anonymous.

Files saved in a shared folder, such as Downloads, may be accessible to other apps with the relevant access. Android backup, device transfer, or a backup service you enable may copy eligible data depending on device settings and the App’s backup configuration. Such a copy is separate from a publisher-operated cloud library.

Signing in to a website in the browser is a relationship with that website, not creation of an account with us. That website’s privacy policy governs the information you provide to it.

SECTION 04

Websites, cookies, and pasted links

The built-in browser loads third-party websites. Those websites and their embedded services may use cookies, local storage, advertising, or other technologies under their own privacy policies. Website permissions and information you enter on a page are separate from data you send directly to our support team.

A link you paste or share into the App is processed to open the page or find a supported download. The App’s paste feature reads the content you choose to provide; it is not intended to continuously monitor your clipboard.

Browser records, cookies, and cached content may remain on the device until cleared or expired. Removing a download record does not necessarily clear browser cookies or delete the downloaded file. Clearing local website data does not delete information already held by the website.

SECTION 05

Advertising and Google services

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable advertising privacy messages and choices.

Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share IP addresses, app/ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID when available. IP addresses can be used to infer approximate location. The data supports advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention; identifiers have different permitted uses. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit.

The advertising experience depends on your choices, region, device, and the SDK configuration. Choosing non-personalized or limited ads does not necessarily stop all processing: information may still be used to deliver ads, measure them, or prevent abuse.

Where offered, use the App’s advertising privacy message or privacy-options entry to review your choices. Android also provides controls for advertising identifiers. A device-level change does not automatically delete data previously held by a provider.

Provider information: Google Privacy Policy, Google’s use of information from partner apps, and Android advertising controls.

SECTION 06

Device access and permissions

Internet and network access support browsing, downloads, and advertising. File or media access allows the App to save and open videos within the access granted by Android. The access required depends on the Android version, save location, and whether you select a particular file or grant a media permission.

Where the App offers download-status notifications, notification access is used for progress and completion messages. You can manage permissions and notifications in Android Settings. Denying access may prevent the related feature from working.

Information you select with Android’s file picker or intentionally paste into the App is used for the requested action. Granting media access is not consent to unrelated advertising use of the contents of your videos.

SECTION 07

When information is disclosed

Information can be disclosed to the websites you choose to visit, Google for the advertising services described above, and our email and hosting providers to operate support and this website. If you use Android or another app to share a downloaded file, the recipients and services you select receive that file under their own practices.

We may also disclose information we hold when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.

We do not exchange personal information for money. Some advertising-related disclosures may nonetheless be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under applicable state law. The rights and choices below address those circumstances; this statement is not a claim that advertising involves no data disclosure.

SECTION 08

Retention and deletion

Files and records on your device

Downloaded files remain until you delete them or another device or storage process removes them. Delete a file through the App’s available file controls or Android’s file manager. Where a separate download-history entry exists, remove it separately. Clearing the App’s storage removes its local settings and app data and may remove files held in app-specific storage.

Uninstalling removes app-specific storage, but files saved in shared storage can remain. Backups and copies in other apps may also remain until you remove them using the relevant service. Clearing cache alone is not the same as deleting all App data.

Support and website records

We retain support correspondence for the time reasonably needed to resolve the request, handle related follow-up, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. Website access and security logs are retained only for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and related legal needs. When these purposes no longer require identifiable records, they are deleted or de-identified according to the applicable provider and operational procedures.

Information held by providers

Google and the websites you visit apply their own retention rules and controls. We cannot remotely erase files that exist only on your device, and deleting local data does not automatically delete provider-held records.

To request deletion of information we hold, email rajdubeyetw@icloud.com with the App name and enough detail to identify your request. We may ask for proportionate verification. Where information must be retained for a lawful reason, we will explain the relevant limitation.

SECTION 09

U.S. privacy rights and choices

Depending on your state of residence and whether its privacy law applies to our activities, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, and opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising. Other rights, such as limiting particular uses of sensitive information or appealing a decision, may apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

The information categories, sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described above. Advertising disclosures of identifiers, network information, and interaction data should be considered when reviewing sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising choices.

To make a request: email rajdubeyetw@icloud.com. You may use the subject “Privacy Request” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” State the App name, request type, and state of residence. Authorized agents may contact us with evidence of their authority. We will apply verification, response, and appeal requirements where applicable.

Device-level advertising choices: use the privacy options presented in the App to apply choices to its advertising experience. Sending an email from this page does not automatically change the advertising settings on your device. Android advertising controls provide additional choices but are not a substitute for every statutory opt-out.

This static policy page does not run advertising or analytics scripts. A browser privacy signal on this page does not automatically identify a separate App installation or change its settings. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal for a covered activity, that requirement must also be reflected in the service’s handling of the signal.

SECTION 10

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including limiting access to support records and using protected service accounts. We do not promise that any device, network, or storage system is completely secure. Keep your device updated, protect it with a screen lock, and avoid sending sensitive information through insecure websites.

Our company is based in India, and our advertising, email, and hosting providers may process information in other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the relevant processing must use an appropriate mechanism; use of the App is not, by itself, consent to a restricted transfer.

SECTION 11

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances that require parental consent without obtaining that consent.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App or our support channel, contact us. We will review the report and take appropriate steps, including deletion or other actions required by applicable law. This statement does not replace age-appropriate advertising and data-handling requirements.

SECTION 12

Supported use and third-party content

YouTube downloads are not supported by this App.

Download only videos you own or have permission to save, and follow the source website’s terms. The App must not be used for unauthorized downloading or sharing of copyrighted content or to bypass access restrictions. A website’s compatibility with the App does not grant rights to its content.

SECTION 13

This website and policy updates

This HTML policy page does not itself set cookies or embed advertising, analytics, third-party fonts, or tracking pixels. Delivering the page can still generate hosting or security logs. Clicking an external link opens a separate service with its own privacy practices.

We may update this policy when the App, our providers, or our data practices change. The revised version will display a new update date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request a new choice before materially different processing begins.
