KeepVid, package name com.mrdappworld.videodown, is a photo editing application provided by MRD App World. This Privacy Policy explains how the app collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use KeepVid.

Information We Collect

Photos, Images, and Media

KeepVid lets you select, edit, resize, crop, compress, convert, enhance, and share images. To provide these features, the app may request access to photos or selected media files on your device.

Images are used to perform the editing action you choose. Some editing features may process images locally on your device. Some AI or cloud-based features may upload selected images or generated image files to cloud services, including Firebase Storage or app backend services, only when needed to provide that feature.

We do not access your full photo library unless you grant the required permission. On supported Android versions, you may choose to grant access only to selected photos.

Camera

KeepVid may request camera permission if you choose to capture a photo directly from the app. Camera access is used only for taking or importing images for editing.

Device and App Information

The app may collect device and app information such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, country or region, crash or performance information, and basic usage events. This information helps us improve app stability, understand feature usage, and fix errors.

Advertising Data

KeepVid uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob and its partners may collect or use advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location inferred from network data, ad interaction data, and other information as described in Google's policies. This information may be used to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads, including personalized ads where permitted by law and your consent settings.

The app may request access to the Google Advertising ID through the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission.

Push Notifications

The app may use OneSignal or similar notification services to send app-related notifications. These services may collect a device token, app usage information related to notifications, device type, and approximate location or language settings to deliver and improve notifications.

Network and Connectivity Information

The app may check network status to load ads, remote configuration, cloud editing features, updates, and online services.

Image Processing and Cloud Features

Most standard editing actions are intended to work on images selected by you. For cloud-based or AI-powered features, the image you select, related mask files, or processed output files may be uploaded to Firebase Storage or another service used by the app to complete the requested edit.

Uploaded files are used to perform the requested function and improve the app experience. Do not use cloud-based features with images that contain information you do not want processed by online services.

Sharing and Saving Images

When you export, save, or share an edited image, the app may create a file on your device and may share it with another app you choose, such as a social media, messaging, or email app. Once you share content with another app or service, that app or service handles the content according to its own privacy policy.

In-App Purchases and Login

KeepVid does not currently require user login and does not offer in-app purchases. We do not collect account registration information through the app.

Data Retention

Images stored locally on your device remain under your control and may be deleted by you through your device storage or gallery apps.

Analytics, advertising, notification, and cloud service data may be retained by our service providers according to their own retention policies. Cloud files uploaded for AI or online features may be retained as necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, debug issues, or comply with legal requirements.

Your Choices and Controls

You can control app permissions in your Android device settings, including photo/media access, camera access, notifications, and advertising preferences.

You may also:

• Reset or delete your advertising ID from Android settings, where available.
• Limit ad personalization in Google settings, where available.
• Revoke photo, media, camera, or notification permissions from device settings.
• Delete exported images from your device storage.
• Stop using cloud-based features if you do not want selected images processed online.

Children's Privacy

KeepVid is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country or region. By using the app, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
